Behind the scenes: how we pick our products
Every product on our shop has been through a lot more vetting than you might think. Here's a look at what happens before something earns its spot.
Step 1: The shortlist
It usually starts with a customer request, a category gap, or something we spotted at a market that we couldn't stop thinking about. We add it to a running shortlist.
Step 2: Sample, sample, sample
We never list a product we haven't physically held. Most weeks one of us is opening boxes, comparing materials, and writing notes on what works.
Step 3: The spreadsheet
Boring but important. We score each candidate on quality, price, supplier reliability, and how it fits the rest of our shop. The bar is high — most things don't make it.
Step 4: Your feedback
Once a product is live, we watch reviews and messages closely. Anything that consistently disappoints gets pulled, no matter how well it's selling.
Curation is slow, but it's the only way we know to build a shop people trust.
