How do I place an order?

Browse the shop, add items to your cart, and click the cart icon to check out. We'll guide you through the rest.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa, card payments (Visa & Mastercard), and pay-on-delivery in select areas.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes — as long as we haven't shipped it yet. Message us right away with your order number and the change you'd like.

How long does delivery take?

1–3 business days within major towns. See our Shipping page for the full breakdown.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Snap a photo as soon as you open it and message us within 24 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but we're working on it. Message us if you're outside Kenya and we'll keep you in mind.
