Orders within Nairobi are typically delivered within 4 to 12 hours, depending on your location and the time of order confirmation. Deliveries to other parts of Kenya usually take 24 to 48 hours.
For neighboring East African countries, delivery takes approximately 2 to 4 business days, depending on the destination and courier schedules.
We offer free delivery for orders above KSh 7,000 within Kenya only. For orders below this amount, standard delivery fees apply and are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery method. In cases where a return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs are fully covered.
Once your order is confirmed, it is processed within an hour during business hours. After dispatch, you will receive delivery or tracking details to help you monitor your order. To avoid delays, it is important to provide accurate delivery information and a reachable contact number when placing your order.
