We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Our return policy

• You have 7 days from delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• Some items can't be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear, food). These are clearly marked on the product page.

How to start a return

1. Message us with your order number and a quick reason.
2. We'll send return instructions within one business day.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Refund method

Refunds go back to the original payment method. M-Pesa refunds typically arrive within minutes; card refunds can take up to 7 business days depending on your bank.
