Returns & Refunds

At BMS Health Shop, we want you to shop with confidence and feel satisfied with every purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not in good condition, we are here to help.

We accept returns within 7 days after delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging. To process a return, you may be asked to provide proof of purchase or your order confirmation details.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for opened body care products, supplements, personal care items, or any product marked as non-returnable.

If you receive the wrong item or a product that arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery. Kindly share your order number, clear photos of the item, and a short explanation of the issue so we can assist you quickly. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Approved refunds are usually processed within 3 to 7 business days through the same payment method used during purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake occurred on our side.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery. Once shipped, the order will fall under the return process outlined above.

Customers are encouraged to provide accurate delivery information during checkout. BMS Health Shop is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unreachable phone numbers, or courier delays beyond our control.
